1st Teacher Training Event of the KA220 SCHOOL

We’ve just wrapped up our first Teacher Training Event for the project in Katerini, Greece! Over three days of engaging sessions and collaboration, we took a major step forward in equipping secondary education teachers with a circularity-focused curriculum. Big thanks to Platon School for hosting us! Our biggest achievement? The completion of the first four draft lesson plans designed to bring circular economy principles into the classroom!  These engaging lesson plans cover:

  •  Food Systems & Circular Recipes – reducing impact and food waste creatively
  • Treasure Hunt for Local Circular Companies – real-world learning
  • DIY Repair & Upcycling Workshop – hands-on sustainability

This is just the beginning! Our next steps include refining these lesson plans and piloting them. Stay tuned for more updates!
