Overview of the project's structure

WP 1: Project Management

Objectives

  • Ensure smooth coordination and effective communication among partners.

  • Monitor the timely implementation of all activities.

  • Provide administrative and financial supervision.

  • Secure quality assurance and alignment with project goals.

This WP supports the whole project by providing the operational framework and ensuring that the implementation of all other WPs is efficient, transparent, and adheres to the project timeline and budget.

Outcomes

  • A fully functional and collaborative project management structure.

  • Transparent reporting, documentation, and financial accountability.

  • Timely and aligned execution of tasks by all partners.

  • Harmonized internal and external communication.

Outputs

  • Coordination tools and guidelines.

  • Minutes from kick-off, interim, and final project meetings.

  • Periodic progress reports (internal and to Erasmus+).

  • Evaluation tools and quality control reports.

  • Risk management and mitigation strategy documents.

Activities

  • A1: Kick-off meeting.

  • A2: Regular coordination and internal communication (Zoom, Drive, etc.).

  • A3: Monitoring the progress of WPs and financial flows.

  • A4: Compilation of internal evaluations and preparation for external audit.

  • A5: Organization of project meetings and documentation of all administrative processes.

WP2:Application

Objectives

  • Develop and disseminate educational resources focused on Circular Economy (CE).

  • Create an Extended Reality (XR) application to support immersive learning.

  • Empower teachers, students, and families to engage with CE principles through practical and digital tools.

Contribution to General Objectives:

  • O4: Assist teachers and families through good practices and activity co-creation.

  • O5: Provide students with opportunities to reuse, repair, and recycle.

  • O6: Promote peer learning through collaborative scenario creation.

Outcomes

  • Teachers improve their CE pedagogy.

  • Students become active CE learners.

  • Parents support and model CE practices at home.

  • Schools establish a CE Whole School Approach.

Outputs

  • CT Repository: 16 learning scenarios using the “Circularity Compass” and “Circularity Grid”.

  • XR Application to visualize and apply CE principles.

  • Project website and Moodle-based eLearning platform.

  • Evaluation results via surveys and interviews.

WP3 – Capacity Building

Objectives

  • SO1: Develop training materials on Whole School CE approach.

  • SO2: Develop training on Circularity Strategies and GreenComp skills.

  • SO3: Deliver two face-to-face and one online training sessions.

General Objective Contributions

  • O1 & O2: Apply Whole School/systemic approaches through training (M6).

  • O3: Train teachers, students, and parents to adopt Circularity Thinking (M16 & M21).

Outcomes

  • Teachers enhance CE knowledge, define and teach GreenComp skills.

  • Parents and students become responsible consumers and consider green career paths.

Outputs

  • Circular School Guide:

    • Capacity-building best practices.

    • Family guidance on CE actions at home and in the community.

WP4: Dissemination and Exploitation

Objectives

  • SO1: Inform stakeholders about CE principles and practices.

  • SO2: Motivate schools and communities to engage with CE.

  • SO3: Ensure project sustainability and impact longevity.

Contribution to General Objectives:

  • O2: Raise environmental awareness through national workshops, an international conference, and stakeholder mobilization.

Outcomes

  • Teachers design CE activities collaboratively.

  • Parents participate in CE at schools and homes.

  • A CE Community of Practice is launched.

Outputs

  • ICCEE proceedings, workshop presentations, evaluations.

  • 4 newsletters and robust social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Dissemination Impact & Sustainability (DIS) Plan.

  • CE Community webpage.

Activities

  1. International Conference (ICCEE) in Spain (M23)

  2. National Workshops in Italy, Turkey, and Hungary (M22)

  3. Develop and Deploy DIS Plan 

  4. Build online community through newsletters and media posts
