On November 14, 2024, we held a dedicated session to focus on the technical aspects of our European programme. This important discussion aimed to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each partner and ensure a shared understanding of the project’s structure, objectives, and workflow.
We presented a comprehensive overview of the technical work plan, highlighting:
- The work packages and their respective leaders
- The specific tasks assigned to each partner
- The timeline and key milestones
- The deliverables expected from each team
- The communication tools and procedures to be used throughout the project
This session provided an open space for partners to raise questions, seek clarifications, and make sure they are confident about their contributions. Our goal is to foster transparency, cooperation, and mutual support, ensuring everyone is well-informed and aligned with the project goals.
By the end of the meeting, all participants had a clearer picture of what needs to be done, how their efforts connect with others, and how to move forward efficiently and collaboratively.
