This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which the Edu XR application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) operates with regard to the protection of privacy and personal data. The Application has been developed as an educational Extended Reality (XR) tool within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220 project entitled “EDU CIRCULAR” and is intended exclusively for use in formal educational settings.

3. Scope and Target Audience
The Application is designed for use by teenagers within school environments and is accessed under the supervision of educational staff. The Application does not provide user account functionality and does not require authentication, registration, or identification of users.
4. Personal Data Processing
The Application does not collect, process, store, transmit, or otherwise make use of personal data, as defined under Article 4 of the GDPR. In particular, the Application does not request or process names, email addresses, age, location data, identifiers, or any other information that could be used to identify a natural person.
5. Use of Device Camera
Access to the device camera is required solely for the purpose of enabling XR-based educational functionality. Camera input is processed exclusively in real time on the user’s device and is not recorded, stored, transmitted, or accessed by Pi Private Company or any third party.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Third Parties
The Application does not include advertising content and does not make use of analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits (SDKs) that process user data.
7. Data Storage and International Transfers
No personal data is stored locally on the device or on external servers. Consequently, no transfers of data within or outside the European Union take place.
8. Use by Minors in Educational Contexts
The Application is used in educational institutions under the supervision of teachers. Given that no personal data is collected or processed, the requirement for parental consent does not apply.
9. Rights of Data Subjects
Although the Application does not process personal data, data subjects retain all rights provided under the GDPR, including the right to information and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
